SV1217 adjustable no-clog spray valve
The SV1217 spray valve provides close tolerance spray dispensing of fluids up to 1000 cps, including urethanes, flux and paints. The material is fed from a pressure reservoir. Each valve is actuated by air pressure sequenced by a controller. The operating air pressure opens a needle valve allowing material to flow; a separate air line creates pressure in the air cap, atomizing the fluid.
The SV1217 is adjustable by turning the stroke-adjust control at the rear of the valve; this will tune the spray pattern.

A full line of multi-component, Two-Part Meter, Mix and Dispense equipment is available for Epoxy, Polyurethanes, Silicones Acrylics, Adhesive and Structural Bonding materials used in Potting, Encapsulation, Coating, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Resin Injection Molding (RIM), Doming and Sealing operations. Metering & Mixing, equipment is available in Piston Pump and Gear Pump versions, selected by Viscosity and application. Variable Ratio and Fixed Ratio Meter, Mix and Dispense Equipment is configured in Fixed Shot or Variable Shot versions.
